Non refundable booking deposit of 25% required. Further 25% required one month prior to arrival date. If you need to cancel your booking, the fee will only be refunded if the house is rented for the same period.
Rates do not include electricity costs however we have underfloor heating and we only use night rate electricity as a result.
Feel free to contact us directly if you want a longer period of rental or any special requests, we are most happy to be flexible.

We stayed at Dromard with Grandma and kids. Every comfort and convenience was available. The house is beautifully appointed, every room en-suite, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry room, outdoor seating with a view. The town of Kenmare was Perfect in every way for letting us tour the south of Ireland and it had the best pubs besides. The owners were absolutely wonderful, really going out of their way to help us. I recommend you look no further. This is the best!

We holidayed in this beautiful home in august.The house was amazing.Very private with stunning views and top class accomodation. It's proximity to Kenmare town and major attractions will ensure that I stay in Dromard again.

Our first visit to Ireland and I doubt it could have been bettered, Dromard is a beautiful place, in an idyllic setting. The furnishings are luxurious, the fittings of the highest quality. Everything you need is there, and even though you are only a stone's throw from the village with all its excellent amenities, at Dromard you could be miles from anywhere. We chose this holiday because of Dromard but we were delighted by the location, in the centre of all that Cos Cork and Kerry have to offer, with Kenmare being the best village we visited. Dromard, Kenmare and the entire area are most highly recommended.
