This unit is on the ground floor of the Sun Chateau condominiums. Right on the bus line and bike path, just minutes from Warm Springs lift and Baldy Mountain, and a half mile from downtown Ketchum. Cute, comfy, sunny, with an island kitchen, new appliances, including Jacuzzi tub!
Queen bed in master bedroom, and sleeper couch in living room allows 4 to sleep comfortably. Come and enjoy Ketchum-Sun Valley and recreational and cultural amenities! And the price - what a great value!
Additionally, wide open spaces for walking and hiking just a block away in the Warm Springs Creek area. Park like setting on a retired golf course.

This condo is priced well below others in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area, which is what attracted us to it.. If you're looking for luxury, great views, hot tubs, forget it. This is a very basic, clean-ish place to stay for those who are looking for a comfy bed, basic kitchen and a good shower. We found it to be to our tastes, because we spend almost no time in the units we rent. But there's no wifi, which is incomprehensible. Travelers depend on wifi for finding out about local amenities, restaurants, grooming of trails, weather forecasts, wax recommendations...I mean, come on, what century are we in???
This unit is almost entirely "underground", on the bottom floor on a multilevel building on a hill. No view, other than the Suvs parked outside your unit. And for some reason, there are dog droppings everywhere!! It may be because of a lack of a city bylaw, but man, it's gross.
If you're looking for a cheap, clean-ish, comfy unit, and spend your days out and about, as we do, this is a good place to stay.
If you're not american, the booking procedure can bit awkward. They don't take credit cards. We had to get bank drafts., which cost us. Not a great set up. -

The condo was as advertised, very clean, had the basic amenities needed for a weeks stay, and was competively priced. We were there to ski and its location is perfect for that as the slopes are right close. We will try to secure this place next time we head back to ski.
