Description

This beautiful 1,800+ square foot home with a large, open floor plan is centrally located just minutes from golf courses and the Windsor Beach boat launch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, the house features a split floor plan with 3 large bedrooms and two full baths, including a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the master suite. The home has tile flooring throughout, except in the Arizona room. The extra-large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and has a walk-in pantry and new appliances. The enclosed and air-conditioned Arizona game room has a foosball table. In addition to central air conditioning, there are ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort.

There is a fully fenced oversized yard with a beautiful in-ground pool with safety fence. There are front and back covered patios with overhead lights and fans, a gas grill, and patio furniture.

There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the oversized 2-car garage and the driveway.

* The second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 43 inch Samsung flat panel TV.

* The third Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 32 inch Samsung flat panel TV, and a sliding glass door to the back patio and pool area.

* The split bedroom floor plan (master suite is on one side of house, the other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house) provides additional privacy.

* All linens are provided.

* Tiled Master Bath has a whirlpool tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and dual sinks

* The large second Bathroom, upgraded for 2018, has a combined tub and shower

The spacious Living Room has vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Comfortable seating is provided, along with high definition cable, 65 inch Samsung high definition TV with TiVO DVR and a DVD player. You can use your streaming services on this equipment.

The Dining Room seats 6 to 8 at the table. There are also two breakfast bar counters with four additional seats.

Large, full service Kitchen with tiled floors and countertops has two large windows facing the back patio and pool area. The sunset views from these windows are not to be missed! New appliances for 2018 include dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker and ice and water in the door. A regular coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, rice cooker, electric griddle, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included.

The Laundry Room contains a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.

A telephone is available for incoming and local calls.

WiFi is provided for high speed internet access.

A set of men's and women's golf clubs are available for use during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?
