This is an airy and cozy corner beach unit in Loiza, Puerto Rico, a coastal town next to the international airport, heading East. The unit has two balconies providing views to a lush green area and the other with a hammock, has partial views of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and fully furnished with air conditioners on each bedroom and a laundry room. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels are provided. The apartment has two assigned parking spaces and plenty spaces for visitors. Public transportation, while available, its not reliable, this is why a car is needed for this location and also to really explore Puerto Rico. The Rain Forest is 15 minutes away, as well as the Bio bay for night kayaking tours and the ferry to the nearby islands of Vieques and Culebra. Culebra has one of the top 10 beaches of the World, Flamenco, as published by Condé Nast. Loiza is the heart and soul of Bomba music, a truly blend of afro-caribbean rithms. It is a calm and tranquil area to relax on your next vacation, but close to It all.

We enjoyed out stay here; the apartment was cute and cozy, comfortable layout. A nice complex with great amenities and a pretty beach that was fun to walk on. Loiza is a pretty central location to the wonderful Luquillo Beach and not far from Fajardo. Also not far from San Juan. Madelin was very welcoming and gracious, very helpful in getting us settled in. What we didn't like the most was that Loiza itself is not a very nice town, sort of rundown but a great island experience overall!

beautiful location with one of the best beaches in puerto rico, close to the airport. nice place to reach all the sights, forest, beaches and adventures.
we had a really good time there and would recommend the flat to all travellers who like to get to know the island!

My stay at the condo could not have been any better, really. Super clean and spacious...and the hosts were beyond accomodating. They were flexible (as inclement weather caused my travel plans to change) and responsive. Kitchen contained everything we needed and the balcony and private beach access were huge pluses.
Keep in mind this condo is located about 25minutes west of Isla verde...but closer to Pinones and the perfect midpoint if you want to see El Yunque, Luquillo, or drive to Fajardo.
A few other things (not negatives but just Fyis): no air conditioning in living room/kitchen but the balconies provided for a continuous, comfortable breeze! Also, their is a walmart/marshalls shopping ctr about 10minutes away.
I would definitely recommend this to families and friends!! A perfect option if especially if you've already done the Old SanJuan/condado area stays and want a more authentic experience of the island. :)

Really nice cozy apatment. Fully furnished, the service was excellent! The owners picked us (famyly of 4) at the airport and took us to the property. Very family friendly facilities...the beach was gorgeous!!! Highly recomend it!!

Wonderful!
Great owners to deal with. Needs better housekeeper, but owner personally came to clean so that meant alot. Easy to check in, out. Quiet with great view of beach 3 minute walk away. We would come again.
