All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

You will not find higher quality accomodation in such a beautiful and quiet location. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms which are finished to the highest standards. The furnishings and fabrics are of high quality and the additional essentials on arrival are most welcome. The barn is warm and extremely comfortable with every need catered for. We have already re-booked for November - can't wait !

The Red Barn is the most luxurious and confortable Cottage we have stayed in. Every need is met in this sensational cottage, The decor and furnishings are to the highest standards. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the three en suite bathrooms and sensational.
Downstairs the Lounge is very comfotable and spacious, the dining room again very large and the kitchen has an abundance of spotlessly clean crockery, glasses, cookware, cutlery and utensils. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the welcome gifts both lovely and so unexpected. Outside the grounts were pristine and again quality outdoor seating was great. The Red Barn is very clean and comfortable and had everything you could want to make your stay there a really enjoyable experience. We thought the wine, cake and flowers made a lovely welcoming start to our holiday.

The Red Barn provided excellent accommodation for my wife, son, daughter in law and three grandchildren. all fittings etc were of a very high standard and every need was frovided.
The owners were exceedingly friendly and helpful and the location of tghe accommodation was first class as it allowed us all to explore the local countrysice and further afield. -

Just come back from a week staying at The Red Barn in Longframlington. And yes it;s amazing. The fourth year we have been away as a family and this was by far the best cottage we have rented.
On arrival we were welcomed with some delicious lemon cake, and a pint of milk for a welcome cuppa.
All three rooms were of a very high standard with equally high standard en-suite bathrooms, very clean,very well equipped and yes rally like a home from home.
It was the little touchs that made the Red Barn so nice, a fridge with an ice maker, may sound a small thing but at the end of the day when you want ice for your G&T; it was there at a press of the button. Shoe cleaning kit in each room etc etc.
Never been to Northumberland but after this week will make sure will be back very soon. -

We arrived mid afternoon to a wonderful warm and cosy barn conversion with every detail catered for,including thick cream homemade scones which were perfect for sharing over a cup of tea as the family arrived. The owners came along to welcome us and we quickly settled in for a fantastic relaxing holiday.

Last time we visited we stayed next door in the Granary but new we wanted to return again to the Red Barn. It was luxury, the bathrooms are beautiful, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and the bedrooms are lovely. The owners have taken every care to ensure that your stay is perfect. The welcome gifts are well worth going for!! We will definately be returning.

Only a few minutes from the A1 and ALnwick for larger Supermarkets etc.

The location was quite and rural. The owners where very friendly and happy to share their garden with us. The scones on arrival where huge and delicious. Accommodation was high spec, very comfortable.
The walk to the village took about 20 minutes, fine for us but a little far for our elderly relatives. Paper Shop, only open mornings, deli, butchers and pubs.
The only bad thing about the holiday was the british weather -

The Red Barn Cottage was, by far, the best cottage we have rented. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the little touches, flowers etc, were great. We would certainly recommend this cottage to anyone contemplating visiting the area. The cottage is extremely well equipt and comfortable.
Whilst we were there the weather was mixed but we had a couple of days just relaxing in the surroundings, the garden would suit anybody, plenty of space. All in all a wonderful site and we will definitely return in the future.
