Sunningdale is a semi detached cottage just ten minutes' walk from the centre of the medieval Shropshire town of Ludlow. The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom, one family room, one single room and two bathrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, a sun room and a games room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a large lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for discovering the charms of Ludlow, Sunningdale is a superb family holiday... home.

Gas range cooker with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, 1 x 42" flatscreen TV with FreeSat, 5 x DVDs, CD, WiFi, large selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Games room with air hockey, table football, pinball, driving game, Megatouch and juke box (all free to play). Off road parking for 3 cars. Large patio garden to rear with sitting areas with furniture, gas BBQ, summerhouse and a covered small pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk. Pub and town centre 10 mins walk.

Town: Ludlow is a market town on the River Teme in Shropshire, and is well known for its variety of attractive listed buildings, medieval streets and imposing castle. Ludlow also boasts a variety of good quality restaurants, along with pubs and shops serving fresh produce. There are art and craft shops, and the Linney Riverside Park has the opportunity to hire boats, has a play area and also a putting green. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Sunningdale was by far the best holiday home
  we have ever stayed in. The owners were fantastic
  and it was a home away from home, an extremely
  well equipped home with extras.
  The games room was brilliant and although we
  did not have an opportunity to use the garden
  in November, it is definitely a place I would love to
  stay at in the summer to take advantage of.
  Ludlow and the surrounding areas are beautiful.
  Stunning scenery and a variety of shops and
  places to visit. There is an excellent choice of
  places to eat.
  We would highly recommend this to anyone
  looking for a first class holiday and we will
  definitely return ourselves in the future.
