SUNSTONE LODGE 126 is probably the single most user friendly well appointed and meticulously cared for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom slopeside condo in all of Mammoth Lakes. Ok - course I would say that - I'm the owner. Walk out the back door - put on your skis or snowboard and off you go to the Eagle Express Chairlift. Anytime during, or at the end of the day, ski (ride) right back to you condo. What could be better than that? Enjoy!

This slope side condo where we stayed for three nights this week is as good as the description, if note better. The condo is immaculately maintained, feels like almost new. But the best part of the condo is its slope side convenience. Ski out and ski in. Both days of skiing we came back to the condo for lunch and some rest before going out in the afternoon. It was that convenient to come back for rest. Never done that before in any other ski condo I ever stayed in.

We've stayed at Peter's for going on 10 years. I've never felt so at home... away from home. Not only is this place literally the best ski in ski out location in Mammoth... it is quite possibly the best anywhere. I don't know how it could be more convieniant! You can ski to your porch, grab lunch, warm up and actually pop back into your skis and keep skiing down to the lift. There is no up hill!!! The condo is so comfortable, clean and inviting. We love this place and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Peter!!!

Sunstone 126 is by far and away the best rental property I have ever had in my 14 yrs. visiting the Mammoth Lakes area.
The property is immaculate with upgrades throughout and within feet of the Little Eagle Lodge area making it a true "ski in / ski out" property...you click in and out of your skis or board right outside of the patio and are only steps from entering your dream condo!!! The furnishings are all plush and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals if desired giving it the feel of being @ your own home. Check in / Check out is simple and hastle free with ez in / ez out underground parking. Once you are checked in you won't want to leave.
My 10 yr. old son is extremely spoiled after staying in this property...and so am I!! We will look to stay here every time we visit the Mammoth Lakes area. Thanks Peter!

It doesn't get any better than this for convenience, on the first floor with a balcony facing the slopes, one unit away from the ski locker/exit with access to the mountain. You just walk outside, and ski down to the lift.
The unit itself is quite comfortable, in perfect shape and very well maintained. Be aware: A very soft mattress in the master bedroom, if that's your thing, you're in luck! -

We got exact instructions and found the unit to be in excellent location not only to the slope but also next to the jacuzzi & pool.
Comfortable & well equipped entertainment Ctr. And the kitchen.
The only problem was Lots of noise in the hallway at 1am on the wknd. -

This place was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint was that the property wasn't available for a few more days...I was not ready to leave! Ski right up to the back deck, hop the gate, and you're relaxing in front of the fire place. What more could you want? I'll tell you... How about being steps from an outdoor hot tub and heated pool! Now your just showing off.
Easy to book. Peter (the owner) is a great guy to work with and was able to answer all my questions and more. If you're looking for a ski in ski out condo in a wonderful location with great value that's easy to book, then you've found it. -

This is the ultimate ski in / ski out place. Awesome location, literally walking distance to the lifts. How great to ski home for lunch or be able to jump into the jacuzzi at the end of the day.
I really think this is a great price for a really lovely place.
The building and unit are really clean and nice. Pretty furnishings and solid.
Peter obviously gives a lot of thought to his properties and realizes this is what can really make a vacation memorable. -

We have rented this condo so many times, it feels like our own. We all love it, especially the kids. It's so convenient, we just put on our skis in the morning and off we go. It is our favorite place to stay in Mammoth!
