This Studio located at 918 Ocean Drive is located right in the center of the most visited area in South Beach.

Two Full Size Beds, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and Spacious Bathroom make this a better value than area hotels....Free WiFi, Cable TV, Beach Chairs,Umbrella and Beach Towels are just some of the amenities offered.

The apartment is very bright with a Southern Exposure.

Surrounded by Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping.....And the ocean is just out the front door and across the street.

Lee was such a great host and welcomed me into Miami the right way. The unit was clean and served its purpose, I would definitely stay here again.

“Worked our perfectly”

Lee & his team were a pleasure to work with. He was upfront, honest & very helpfully! The location was super convenient to beach & nightlife. We would definitely stay there again.

Response from the owner I used Google Translate to read this review, so some of what I read was unclear. To the extent that the review was understandable, the following comments apply. First, the guest stayed during the Columbus Day Weekend, which is one of a handful of "Urban" clientele periods in South Beach. Apparently this guest has a problem with Non-White people based on his comments; and I wish I had known that before he made the reservation and then I would have told him HE IS NOT WELCOME in this apartment. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO STAY HERE REGARDLESS OF RACE CREED OR COLOR. As for some other comments, the apartment is definitely, properly cleaned prior to guest arrival; true the bathroom does not have a vent, it is a Deco Period Building, but there is no problem with the bathroom. The temporary problems with the Elevator and Building Entrance Door were a problem, but again, temporary; and both work fine now. Unfortunately this was a holiday weekend and there was a delay with the Management Company making the necessary repairs. Finally, the guest complained that the parking cost $20 and was about 3 streets away...but what he does not say is that there is no free parking anywhere in South Beach and the discounted parking that I provided the guest was approximately $10-$15/Night less than everywhere else he might have parked on his own; and the Garage is the closes one to the building in South Beach. Finally, the apartment itself is exactly as picture on the Web Site and in good condition; and as compared to comparably sized units on South Beach, a better value, bright and has a full kitchen. For a more balanced view of this apartment, I suggest you read the other reviews.
