Description

Bridlecott is situated in the charming village of Monksilver on the edge of Exmoor National Park and also just a short distance from the Quantocks. The property is well-suited to couples or small families looking for a place to stay in this lovely quiet village.

Bridlecott has been fitted with modern appliances to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Downstairs is a lovely open-plan living space comprised of comfortable seating area with TV, dining table and chairs and kitchen. The bathroom is downstairs and is fitted with a shower cubicle and bath. Upstairs is a spacious double bedroom with king-sized bed. There is a second bedroom with twin beds, which is accessed via the master bedroom.

To the rear, is a large garden which is shared with the owner who lives next door. Off-road parking is available directly outside the property on the drive, parking for 2 cars.

Bridlecott is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric double oven and ceramic hob. Other equipment includes cookware, toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television (with Freesat), DVD player and music system is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property.

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Bridlecott has electric heating.

Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. There may also be other non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and surface cleaner will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.
