Looking for a log cabin in the high country for the perfect family getaway? Just a ninety minute drive from Phoenix to enjoy 25 degree cooler weather. Located at Munds Park in Coconino National Forest you are less than 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and 45 minutes from breath taking sights of Sedona.
Exceptional amenities separate this cozy three-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat from other cabins nearby. All you need is to bring your food and beverages and you are all set. Prefer not to cook there are two local restaurants within a mile. Our log cabin is a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and cooking utensils. No pets allowed.
When you're not hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, riding your ATV’s or enjoying all the things to do in the forest, you can entertain yourself with Dish Network TV, VCR, DVD, a variety of movies to choose from, wireless internet, selection of board games, and a good book. Or just relaxing in the over-sized hammock on your front deck underneath the big pine tree. At night enjoy sitting around the gas light fire pit roasting marshmallows and gazing at the million stars above.
To assist in making your vacation more relaxing and enjoyable, we will be delighted to give driving directions and to help you plan your stay.

Response from the owner We glad you had a nice stay! There is a garbage can in the driveway or it might have been left on the street. The two garbage cans next to the side door is filled with firewood for our guest. We always have extra propane gas in the little shed where the chair cushions and hammock are stored. Thank you again for choosing our log cabin for your family getaway.

“Peaceful Perfection!”
I'm not crazy about the process of booking with Flipkey, but thank God for the homeowner, Sandy, who was an absolute delight and made booking with her so easy. The house was exactly what I wanted; an A-frame log cabin decorated exactly as a cabin should be, with a loft, wood-burning stove and fire-pit out back. It also had a terrific front deck with a retractable awning (where I sat and read my book), beautiful trees lining the deck and a hammock. The cabin was immaculate and Sandy made sure everything was supplied that we could possibly need, including obscure items. Directions were also there for the fire-pit, television, etc. Although there are surrounding cabins, we only spotted one neighbor briefly and nobody else. It was our own private oasis. There were DVD's, games, books and even a telescope! I didn't want to leave to go to the graduation I had to attend. I would've been perfectly happy to stay at the house the entire time. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you Sandy!
