Single Cabin on Private 120 Acres of Outdoor Paradise (Cabin is 1050 sq ft)
Seclusion with no neighbors for 1/4 mile any direction
1 large sand bottom pond
2 smaller non swim ponds on property, one has fish for catch and release
Multiple ATV/ Hiking Trails on property
Located next to public ATV/ Snowmobile trails
Fully furnished with pillows, linens, silverware, plates, cups, pots, pans, toaster, blender, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, washer/dryer, air conditioning, heat, WiFi
2 Bedroom (1 bedroom has king bed) (1 bedroom has double and queen bed)
1 Full Bathroom fully renovated in 2015
Family Room with Full Pull-out sofa bed and Queen futon
Kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave
Fire pit with chairs and picnic table
Row boat for pond with oar
5 minute drive to Castle Rock Lake which is great for boating, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, beach, lake front restaurants (17,000 acre Lake)
25 minutes to Wisconsin Dells for Shopping, golfing, water parks, horse back riding
2 night stay required, 3 nights for holiday weekends
No Hunting, discharge of firearms, bachelor parties, or any other type of large parties allowed on property or any harvesting of any kind or will be asked to leave. If there are more then 10 people on the property at any given time there needed to be approval in advance.
