Comfortable Duplex In Upper Ninth Ward. Three separate bedrooms (one queen and two full), and a sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, with eating area, living room and w/d. Minutes away from "Musician's Village". Off street parking. 10 minutes to from Quarters.

If you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the French Quarters, this is the place for you. When you want to get ready to party in the Quarters, it is only a ten minute drive.

You are adjacent to the Bywater neighborhood. Full of art, and music and restaurants. 5 minute drive from duplex. Don't leave without visiting "The Joint" restaurant for some of the best BBQ. Bywater is the place to visit not only for food, but also music venues, parks, coffee shops, art and don't forget a sno ball from Piety Street Sno Balls.

How do damage deposits work?

If Verna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
