Description

This is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath single family, one-level home

just a two-minute walk to the best beach in Florida! Our house is

located within walking distance of the quaint shops on Flagler Ave.

Free WIFI

The pool is solar-heated and screen-enclosed for your comfort, and

the yard is privacy-fenced.

The living room is large with volume ceilings and two ceiling fans,

plenty of seating and a large screen smart tv, and

opens onto the screened-in pool/patio area in the private back

yard.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking or baking you

may want to do - but with the great restaurants in the area you may

just be making your morning coffee there. The side-by-side

refrigerator has an in-the-door ice and ice water dispenser. There

is a gas grill for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, TV, DVD player, phone,

clock-radio, large walk-in closet, beautifully tiled master bath

with walk-in shower, and sliders to the private patio and pool in the

fenced-in back yard.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV with ROKU, and

clock radio. The third bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on the top, dresser, TV with ROKU, and ceiling fan.

The laundry room is inside, and has new washer and dryer so you can pack light!. We also furnish an iron and ironing board.

The two-car garage has everything you need for the beach,

including chairs, beach umbrellas (2), boogie boards, cooler, and

beach toys for the kids.

You can literally just pack your bathing suit and toothbrush and not

want for anything in this house! Everything is new and we keep it

immaculate. No Smoking, No Pets, please.

The house was great well supplied with everything you need. Beach supplies plus pool supplies. Very clean and the beach is just across the street. Flagler Avenue is walking distance to the house.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
