Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, Windward Pointe 1104 (OBcondo.com) is close to everything to make for a wonderful vacation. This 11th floor beachfront condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 10 with a large gulf-front balcony with unrestricted Gulf views from sunrise to sunset; flat screen hi-def LCD TVs; all Blu-ray players; surround sound and free wireless Internet included.

Like many people, I fell in love with Orange Beach after a recent vacation. Whether you're a first-time visitor or you've been to the Gulf Coast many times, I hope that you will consider my beachfront condo for your next vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there is plenty of room for family and friends to gather while making wonderful memories at the beach.

With 1,260 square feet, you and your guests can spread out and get comfy. Whether you want to relax to the sounds of the Gulf or take in the breathtaking views from this 11th floor balcony, you're in your home-away-from home, and the view from the couch isn't bad either!

Balcony & Living Room

With comfortable seating and superb views, lounging is practiced here. Included are a brand new 60-inch flat screen LED/LCD TV with a 5.1 surround sound system and Blu-ray player. The stereo system also allows you to connect your smart phone via Bluetooth to play your music on your vacation!

King Suite with Private Bath

With its private balcony access, the master suite includes a king sized bed with new linens and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door offers gulf views and private access to the large covered beach front balcony. A brand new 39-inch flat screen LED/LCD TV with Blu-ray player provides extra entertainment.

Two Double Beds With Shared Bath

The second bedroom features two brand new full-sized beds with new linens and a floor-to-ceiling window facing north. Plenty of closet storage as well as a brand new 39-inch flat screen LED/LCD TV with a Blu-ray player complete this room.

Queen Bedroom With Shared Bath

The third bedroom features a queen sized bed with a floor to ceiling window facing north. Plenty of closet storage as well as a 26-inch flat screen LCD TV and Blu-ray player complete this room.

Stocked Kitchen

The kitchen features all appliances including coffee maker, blender, crock pot, toaster and microwave as well as cookware and utensils -- everything you need to make your vacation meals.

Dining

Whether you're cooking or just ordering in, seating for 6 at the dining table plus two more at the breakfast bar are perfect for a family meal. The balcony has table seating for eight!

Plenty of carts and buggies to make moving into your vacation condo easier.

Covered Patio

A covered beach-front patio with water fountain and restrooms. Perfect for watching the waves and avoiding direct sun exposure, and for bathroom trips without having to return to the condo.

Beach front, kiddie, heated indoor and hot tub pools are all offered at Windward Pointe.

A collection of cardio equipment and weight machines will help to keep you in shape while on vacation. A hot sauna is also available. A tennis court with shuffleboard and a basketball goal are there for your use.
