~~Bird Watchers Paradise with 360 degree mountain views that will WOW you! Hummingbird Ranch Vacation House offers stays for the month, week, weekends.

~~Location:-We are 1 hour 20 mins southeast of the Tucson Airport, southeast of Benson, Arizona. Easy drive from I-10. We are located in the beautiful Sulphur Springs Valley, Pearce Arizona. Known for its winter Bird Migration with birds from all over the world come to our valley grass lands to winter. Southeastern Arizona in Cochise County. Easy drive from I-10.

~~Beautiful desert and grasslands, with 360 degree mountain...s surround this property with wide open spaces to roam. 15 acres fully fenced and gated with a large 1700 Square Foot home.

~~2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, with walk in showers with glass shower doors. Den off Master Bedroom with a Leather Sofa and Reading Lamp. 2nd Bathroom has a skylight and double walk in shower with glass doors. The 2nd bedroom also has a 40 " HGTV TV with Netflix for you to enjoy.

~~ Large Living Room with vaulted ceiling and skylight, 42" Vizio flat screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Cable and Blu-Ray DVD player. We have many hit DVD movies or you can bring you own.

~~ 3 Ceiling Fans throughout the house. Fully equipped large Country Kitchen with 3 over sized windows to see the desert better.

~~Gas Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Dish Washer, Toaster, 27 CU FT Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Center Kitchen Island with 2 bar chairs and Southwestern Carved Wooden Dining Table with 4 chairs. Outside dining table on the back deck with 4 chairs to enjoy your meal.. A large Gas Grill with views of beautiful mountains including the Cochise Stronghold's Dome, while you grill.

~~4 Sun Lounges for the sun lovers at heart... Large windows throughout house that fills our vacation home with light and allows better views of the Desert & Landscape! Laundry Room with full size Kenmore Washer/ Dryer. 2 large decks front and back of the house for your enjoyment. Both with spectacular views of the Cochise Stronghold Dome.... The 360 degree mountain views will take your breath away!

~~The skies are always changing with color. Just wait until you see our dark stary skies at night. I never relized there were so many stars until we bought this place! As you lay in bed at night, you can watch the stars as you go to sleep!

~~We are located in the lovely Sulphur Springs Valley, Pearce Arizona 85625. Cochise County, Southeastern Arizona. Where winter birds and birders, come from all over the world in search of the rare bird sigtings. The air is so clean and fresh, you never want to leave. Plenty of beautiful desert grasses and plants.

~~ Birds, Reptiles and Mammals, from all over the world come to Arizona during their migration. Many even stay because of the perfect climate. Every trip out, we see a new bird. Hummingbirds are our favorite.They are so majestic.

~~ Bird lovers will see the Sandhill Cranes, Owls, Egrets, Finches, Eagles, Hawks, Road Runners and many more....Butterflies, Grasshoppers, Katydids, Stink Beetles, Turtles and Gila Monsters..

~~On full moon night, go to the end of Birch road and watch it come up over the mountain. It stopped my husband and I in our tracks. With no pollution, the moon comes up pure white. The milky way is above our house at night. 1 billion stars too! Our neighbors keeps the skies dark for the star gazers.

~~Golf is 10 mins away at Shadow Mountain in Sunsites. Tombstone is a short drive.

Ghost towns are minutes away - Pearce, Coutland and Gleeson. Tiffany's of New York mined for turquoise in Gleeson. If you look closely on the ground, you can still find some laying around. Many other minerals too. They don't call Arizona the painted desert for nothing!

~~Cochise County has so much to offer. Cochise Stronghold can be seen from our entire property. Great for hiking, mountain climbing, and sight seeing. That is where Cochise and his Apache tribe lived. Geronimo lived on the opposite side of the valley - the Chiricahuas were his home. We are nestled between 2 of the most famous Indian chiefs who ever lived. I have several books to read on them at the house. Birds, wildlife and plants too!

We are living were 2 famous Indian Chiefs Cochise & Geromino once walked and rode our valley. A magical place with super dark skies to see the stars like you have never seen them before. Hummingbird Ranch Vacation House is were we call home!
Peace and quite with a breeze that blows through your hair. Higher elevation of 4700 feet. Cooler summers and nice winters.
Grassy valley attracts the birds and animals from all over the world.. People too!
Pecans and Pistachios are grown here. Cotton too!

~~Come and kick back, breathe in the fresh mountain air. Dark starry nights and many views will amaze you. The milky way is over our house.
So much to see and do, one can never do everything in 1 trip.

  My wife and I had the time of our lives at your Ranch. We took long relaxing walks every morning and listened to the many birds and wildlife. Cochise Stronghold was enchanting to see from the decks as we enjoyed our glass of wine. So much to see and do in Cochise County. Loved touring the old ghost towns in the area. Beautiful spacious home, we will be back!

  What a fantastic time we had at your ranch! We so much enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. So much to see and do…. I enjoyed the quite time away from people! The Sandhill Cranes and Roadrunners had us laughing the whole trip. The Lizards were running around and sunning themselves, was we lay in the sun! So many stars at night was a true experience for this girl from Smith Island , Maryland
