This lovely unit decorated with original native artwork is designed for a perfect vacation. Enjoy the view of the Caribbean from your three bedroom (one king, two queens, one queen) two bath luxury vacation home. The balcony is great for sitting and viewing the pool and the ocean...or, go up top to your private rooftop terrace that features comfortable outdoor furniture, tropical plants, a dining table and a bbq grill. For everyone's safety and comfort, the owner allows only 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children (over age 6 please).

Right on the beach and a block from the walking street with all the shopping and restaurants! Lots of security!
Nicely decorated and the rooftop deck is awesome!.
We will be back!
Fair warning, the bar next door has the pulsing bass until late at night (though the fish taco's were excellent).
Too many air fresheners were very cloying.
Beds very comfortable. -

This is by far the best oceanfront condo complex to stay in! We had another wonderful stay in E3, beautiful 3 bedroom condo with oceanfront condo, with a fab rooftop terrace, loungers and chairs. Excellent view from both the balcony and the rooftop! Half a block to the vibrant 5th avenue. Mere steps to the ocean & infinity pool! (big hit with kids) In the prime area of Playa!
All amenities you can dream of, are in this condo, big open well-equipped kitchen, dining area, large open space living room with comfortable couches & chairs, equipped with TV, CD player & DVD player, master king, (comfy bed), large master bathroom with walk-in shower, and two other comfortable bedrooms and bathroom.
We are never disappointed in our stays at Luna, and return often. The staff keep the place very clean, pool cleaned early each morning, plants tended to and watered, premises swept, and housekeeping is terrific meeting all your needs. Loungers & umbrellas are set up early morning for your private use (what a bonus!) Say hello to security who are so friendly and helpful at the front gate who open the doors for you, help with luggage & groceries & ensure you privacy & comfort are tended to. Can't wait to go back. Thanks to Tonya Sarina of Playa Beach Condos & Villas for always a smooth booking experience & for always ensuring we have an excellent stay! Thanks to the staff, Alberto, Pako, Victor, Jose, Leo, Christina, Gloria et all! We'll be back!!

Condo was even better than we expected from the photos. It is in a great location, has a good view over the pool and beach, and the BBQ on the roof terrace was great.The manager of the complew was professional, very helpful and friendly, as well as the day guard. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Things that could be improved were:
1. the dishwasher that really didn't clean well at all, so the silverware was deeply stained - spent time scrubbing it by hand and couldn't remove all the stains. Made eating in a little less enjoyable.
2. the dryer didn't dry though it wasn't a problem as we only stayed 1 week.
3. the beach staff were not as helpful as they could have been. Several residents complained about the "reserving" of beach chairs in the morning. That said, Benjamin, the manager, resolved all the issues very smoothly and equitably. We learnt to go to him directly. He was wonderful. -

We had a great time at Luna Encantada. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The access to the beach and pool was great. Hopefully we will return next year.

We stayed at Luna Encantada E-3 from June 19-26. The condo was beautiful and the property well taken care of. We traveled in a group of 17. We were in Condo's E-3, E-1 & C-3. We spent time in all of them and they were all great. It is located on the best part of the beach and you are in the heart of Playa. The only thing I can say was wrong with the condo itself was the ice maker did not work, but that did not cause any problems. The only thing I could suggest they change is the pool spa hours, i turned off at 4:50 PM everyday, it would be nice to relax in there later in evening. I would recommend this property and Tonya to all my friends and family. Like I said the location and reasonable price make it a great choice. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we loved the beach restoration. Look forward to our next vacation. Also wanna say hello to all the great people we met while there at Luna Encantada.

When we saw pictures of E-3 on the internet, we
thought it was too good to be true. When we
actually arrived, our expectations were STILL
exceeded by this gorgeous condo! It is perfectly
furnished and makes you feel right at home the
second you drop your bags. The kitchen was great
and well equipped for any cooking needs. Bathrooms
were perfect and bedrooms were also nice
(especially the master room). Our favorite part by
far was the private rooftop overlooking the beach
and pool. It was the perfect place to take a break
from the beach or grill up some burgers and have a
beer when the sun is going down. The location of
Luna couldn't be better, being in walking distance
of everything (restaurants, bars, clubs) while
feeling perfectly safe. Staff was super friendly
and helpful with anything, and Tonya was a pleasure
from our initial inquiry and up until our arrival.
I almost don't want to tell other people about this
place with the fear of it being too popular by the
time I decide to return, but it's impossible to not
show off this gem. -

What a great location....on 6th calle in the heart of Playa's greatest 5th Ave.
You can walk to either ends of town with ease!
The beach is two steps from the condo and so easy to go in and out as you
need. The sand is fabulous and water divine.
Having our own condo for a trip with 7 great friends was a blast. Sleeping was
easy, but we shared beds. No big deal as we had a king and several queen
beds. We didn't cook, but you can easily have meals there.
One of the best things was the rooftop veranda where you can chill out at
night or before you go out. Sunsets were great and everything so relaxed.
All in all - perfect for us! No sweat. No issues. Just relax! -

The location is excellent, everything is a walking distance.
It was very well equipped.Very clean. The staff were very kind.
All of us were very confortable with the unit.
Just one comment, the small room doesn´t have a light switch and one of the lamps was not well plugged in,(the other one doesn,t work) so we had hard time figuring out how to light that room!! but not big deal!
Every thing was very good. -

Was at Luna Encantada the week after Christmas with the two children - they each brought a friend. This was our second time back and the stay was fabulous for all of us - all ages! The only "down" thing was the nightclub next door on New Year's Eve - the music was unbearably loud and did not stop until 10 am the next morning! But, nothing like catching up on sleep the next day on the beach! We will be back! Thank you Tonya, Alberto, Jose, Franklin and Benjamin for being so kind and helpful all the time!

Tonya, you were so right, Luna Encantada has the best location in Playa del Carmen, a beautiful beach and so close to Quinta Avenida that we didn't need the car in the evenings.

We had a wonderful time in Playa Del Carmen at the
Luna Encantada - E3. The condo is gorgeous and
everything was provided for us for a great stay.
If we needed anything, Benjamin or any of the other
staff were there to help us. The security guards
were so friendly and we felt very safe because they
were always out front watching who was coming in
and out of the condos.
The view from E3 is SPECTACULAR!!! I sent photos
to friends right away - we also had a few friend
who were staying at other all-inclusive resorts
visit to see the roof-top deck and they agreed that
the condo was a way better value than staying at
one of the resorts.
Location is perfect too. You can stay on 5th or
you can walk just a few blocks away from 5th to get
to some really wonderful little restaurants and
taco stands.
Our stay was perfect and we want to thank the staff
of Luna Encatada and Playa Beach Condo LLC for
making it memorable. -

You cannot get any better place than this in all of Play Del Carmen. We have stayed at Luna Encantada 4 different times now and everytime we think about staying at an all inclusive we decide to go here. My kids love this condo especially the location & roof top balcony and want to return every year. My kids walk to everything and find the area very safe.
These condos are simple beautiful, spacious, clean, safe and a perfect location to bars, restaurants.
I have worked with Tonya on all of my stays and she is wonderful. She makes it easy to book, lines up transportation from the airport gives you all the contacts you need. It truly is our favorite place to vacation. -

If you're looking for a luxurious place to rest your head after a long day diving or spending the day on the beach, Luna Encantada, Unit E-3 is one step from heaven!
We loved our stay in the well equipped, stylish, beach condominium we called home for one beautiful week.
The view from our private roof top terrace could have easily been photographed and put on the cover of Travel & Leisure Magazine. We even dined on the terrace one evening!
The master suite of our beautiful condominium was expansive and luxurious, as was the master bath.
The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We walked to the local Sam's Club to stalk up on breakfast items, fresh produce, snacks and liquor.
You've all heard the phrase Location, Location, Location! We'll, this is an understatement when it comes to Luna Encantada! International shopping, dining and night clubs were just steps away from our new home away from home.
We found our vacation experience akin to staying in a luxury hotel, but much more private and less intrusive. No wrist bands and all-you-can eat buffets at this upscale destination!
Summary: a five star vacation experience!
