- Damage deposit - $500 / stay - Security Deposit

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
(Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply)
• Reservations: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
• Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
• Cancellation Policies:
Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival date are refundable with a USD 500 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 60days or fewer are non-refundable
Holidays reservations are non-refundable.
• Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties.

• Concierge services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival.

Valga la redundancia, la hemos pasado de Lujo! Todo es tal cual lo prometido, y es mas espacioso de lo que imaginaba. Buenas luz, el jacuzzi vale mucho... sinceramente todo ha salido de 10!
Además, la ciudad es hermosÃsima.

Estuve en febrero con mis amigos y es precioso! Muy cómodo! Esta cerca de la playa cerca del centro!. Las instalaciones estan en muy buen estado. Lo recomiendo y espero volver pronto.
