β’ Reservations: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
β’ Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN).
β’ Cancellation Policies:
Reservations canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival date are refundable with a USD 500 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 60days or fewer are non-refundable
Holidays reservations are non-refundable.
β’ Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties.

Pueblito Escondido is an amazing place. The room was incredible, a full private bath. The terrace is a dream, with private pool and outdoor living room. Also in the area of common services in the pool with infinity effect is a dream with sea view, which is one block away. Everything in Playa del Carmen is a paradise. The people of "Go riviera maya rental gave a first class service and they are super friendly. The best vacations. I want to return soon
