Be prepared to be wowed by this beachfront condo out of a magazine. Perfectly situated directly on the front of the complex offering unobstructed views of the Caribbean. Upon walking in, you will be awed by the stunning beach and ocean views from all common areas of the condo.
Many listings claim it, but we are truly oceanfront! Our complex enjoys one of the greatest locations in Playa del Carmen; right on the beach & mere steps to lively 5th Avenue!
This custom-decorated condo is an elegant 1600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It is light flooded due to the floor-to-ceiling windows which offers those jaw-dropping ocean views. Slide open your living room doors to the large wrap-around balcony which sits atop the beach & is furnished with new patio furniture, tables, chairs, & loungers to relax on while dining al fresco or simply reading a book. Right at the end of your balcony is the infinity pool. It is very handy to go back and forth to the condo/pool & beach.
The condo is located on the main level which is so ideal for families and anyone with mobility issues.
Kitchen / Dining Area
Our fully outfitted kitchen offers granite counter tops, travertine marble floors, breakfast bar with stools, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, new refrigerator, stove and oven), & full dishware to make a gourmet meal! A new washer/dryer is also included in the condo for your convenience. Walmart is a few blocks away on foot to stock your condo with groceries. Or allow us to pre-stock your condo while you sip a margarita by the pool. (A very reasonable fee + cost of groceries will apply.) Our open-concept dining area has seating for 6.
Living Area
Enjoy lounging on the large cozy couches while you watch the flat screen TV. The entertainment center offers a CD/DVD player,& iPhone charging station. Enjoy the ocean views even while watching TV!
Pool / Beach
The refreshing infinity pool overlooks the ocean and enjoys a jetted whirlpool section. A guest highlight is the private beach loungers & umbrellas which re set up on the beach daily for guests of Luna only. Enjoy our dedicated beach service including delivery of food & beverages right to your lounger from nearby beach clubs. (Cost of food/drinks & tip extra.) Or you can bring your own stocked cooler to your lounger! No lounge chair wars here. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off sand.
Bedrooms
Master: Spacious master with king bed with pool & ocean views, walk-in closet. Adjoining en-suite marble bath with his/her sinks + glass shower. Individually controlled a/c, ceiling fan.
Second Guest Room: Spacious with 2 queen beds, walk-in closet & adjoining guest marble bathroom with glass shower. Individually controlled a/c + ceiling fan.
Third Guest Room: Quaint with queen bed can accommodate 2 guests. (The 2nd & 3rd guest rooms share the full guest bath.)
The condo offers beautiful granite tiled bathrooms, quality mattresses and new linens, bath and beach towels.
Complex / Location / Activities
The spectacular boutique complex has just 24 condos making for more of an intimate vacation. Adorned with eye-catching sculptures, artwork, flowing fountain and lush tropical landscaping makes for a tropical oasis setting!
We are exceptionally well-located. Walk out the door and you are steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping and more. No need to rent a car as Playa is walking town. Spend a day visiting eco-water parks (Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor), ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining over the jungle, scuba diving, snorkeling or visiting colonial towns! So much to enjoy in the jewel of the Riviera Maya. (We can assist you with day tours.)
We are happy to arrange your private round trip airport transportation for up to a group of 8 guests + luggage right to your condo door for a very reasonable rate! Playa is approximately 45 mins from Cancun.
We also provide you with a dining and activity guide, plus our 'top tips/know before you go', to ensure your vacation with us is stress free!

Response from the manager I have worked with the guest who gave this review many times and was disappointed that their stay did not live up to our expectations. As the rental agent and good friend of the owners of the condo, I really wish the guest had used our free vonage phone system to call me or our free wifi to send me a message prior to their departure. Obviously the maintenance team, coming off of a super busy high season, had slacked off and I could have given the needed "nudge" to get all issues corrected immediately (with the exception of the washer/dryer). In all fairness, the reviewer should have mentioned the refund that I secured for her. The w/d delay was due to the fact the condo was being fitted for gas to increase the efficiency of the dryer and it was not something that could be done with guests in the condo. I am happy to report that this negative review did result in an overhaul of this spectacular condo!
