Description

At 1150 square feet of living space with unusually high 12 foot ceilings our condo "Buena Vida" (The Good Life) is spacious and a rare find in Playa del Carmen. Las Olas #207 is fully furnished with two bedrooms with King beds and each with it's own full bathroom complete with walk-in tiled showers. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a living room and dining area. There is a large outdoor terrace where one can dine and relax in the fresh breeze from the ocean. Las Olas has an excellent location on First Avenue, a block from the famous Fifth Ave., with all it's glamor from restaurants to shopping and nightlife entertainment. It is only 200 meters from Mamitas beach, the most popular and hip beach in Playa del Carmen. Relax at the Mamitas Beach Club or Kool's Beach Club and get a special rate for lounges, umbrellas, food and drink as our guest at Las Olas. Swim in the beautiful warm Caribbean water or their pools and enjoy the view. When you tire of the sun, your Las Olas apartment is only a few minutes away.

Getting around

Everything you would want or need is within walking distance of our condo. If you load up with groceries at the Mega Store, a taxi ride is only around US$ 6. There is a small car rental just around the corner if you wish to visit other towns or explore the ruins. There are many tours also available.

SPECIAL RATE - We offer our condo at the lowest rate of any in the area. This is your chance to stay in a deluxe, fully equipped condo close to the beach. We take pride on the quality of our home and it's location in Playa Del Carmen. There is no need for transportation as everything is within walking distance. A property manager is available at all times to answer your questions, solve a problem, arrange a tour or rent you a car. Communication with our guests is a priority.

House rules

Smoking is allowed outside on the veranda. Please use an ashtray and don't dispose of your butts over the railing.

Please use the air conditioning only as required. Shut it off upon leaving the room. Do not run the A/C with the veranda sliding door open or when leaving the condo for any length of time. Electricity is very expensive for our condo and we do not wish to pass it on to our guests.

Saying that it was better than two other "resorts" in Playa Del Carmen lets other potential guests know that our condo may be a better choice. Often when people choose a vacation destination they choose a hotel or resort without considering the benefits of renting a private condominium where they have privacy, cooking facilities and property managers to provide a more personalized vacation experience.

How do damage deposits work?
