Welcome to Villa Vista del Mar (View of the Sea Home), which is proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). Villa Vista del Mar sits only 15 steps from the soft white sands of the Caribbean Sea. Relax in your own spacious beach home complete with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, 2 rooftop terraces and a private pool with lounge chairs. The first floor of the home houses the main living area with living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry room and 3 guest bedrooms with their own bathroom. The top floor is where the master suite is located and also the rooftop terrace with access to the second terrace which sits on the 3rd level of the home.
Villa Vista del Mar resides in the gated beachside community of Playacar Phase 1 and is only a short 15-minute stroll to 5th Avenue. Enjoy miles of soft sandy beach with calm waters directly in front of the home.
