Located in Playacar Pase I; a gated community of high-end homes and is adjacent to the downtown area of Playa Del Carmen. La Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue) is a short walk from Casa Miramar where shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, water sports, tours, bars, and live entertainment are located.

This home has everything you could want. With marble flooring throughout and completely equipped with amenities, Casa Miramar has fabulous view of the ocean can be enjoyed from almost every room and especially from the comfortable patio adjacent to the private pool or the spacious 2nd floor terrace. Both the patio and terrace are perfect spots from which to enjoy the ocean breeze and spend time with your family and friends.

Almost 300 square feet of construction with 2 stories, this spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms home is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, dining room and kitchen. The first of two master bedrooms is located on this floor and has a king bed, while the other downstairs bedrooms each have two double beds. The master bedroom located on the second floor also has a king bed and boasts a spectacularly magnificent view of the sparking Caribbean.

Response from the owner Thank you so much for your comments we really appreciate you taking the time so we can keep improving our services. Playacar phase 1 is the best neighborhood in Playa del Carmen, there are security guards riding bikes around the Street 24/7, there are also rules and regulations that all houses must observe so every time we were informed about any loud noise, we contact the guards in order to get them addressed. Holiday season is usually louder from the rest of the year due to the amount of people that chose Playa del Carmen As a destiny for their vacation. We are always happy to help our guests so they have perfect and relaxing time at Casa Miramar.
