Located just south of Cancun (or a ferry ride away from Cozumel), Playa Del Carmen is a Safe Mexico Festive Atmosphere Community of grace and charm. You can enjoy relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, shopping, nightlife, fine cuisine, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, golfing, and Mayan Ruins, windsurfing, sky diving, para sailing, wave runners, banana boats, all within a 10 minute walk of home (no rental vehicle necessary). You can take short trips to Cancun, Cozumel, Tulum (ruins), Xcaret, Xel-Ha, and other wonderful locations...Jungle Tours, swimming with the dolphins, water adventure parks, and the list goes on!

Casa de la Pescada Blanca (House of the White Fish) is situated in PLAYACAR, the only private, gated (Secure) community (we have security 24 hours a day) of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

WOW...THIS is Service! Wouldn't it be nice to arrive for your vacation and find the kitchen already stocked with your choice of food and beverages? That's just one of the many special services that can be provided for your stay at Beach House Mexico. Playacar Phase 1 is a quiet, secured community with security 24 hours a day. The accommodations in the house are "turn-key" (you just need to show up); maid to do dishes, maid to wash your clothes, house manager to run errands. Casa Pescada Blanca has a large swimming pool (with a sit in bar overlooking the beach). The four bedrooms are large and comfortable as are the three-and-one-half bathrooms. You will have the comforts of home with the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea just steps away. The maid service is Monday to Saturday (wow...she even washes your clothes).

The swimming pool has a view of the Caribbean Sea (with sit in bar), 300 + count/cotton sheets, down feather pillows, beach towels, beach chairs, blow dryer, iron, satellite TV's, DVD player, CD player, VCR, Full Kitchen, coffee pot, etc. Watch the cruise ships in Cozumel from your balcony or our AMAZING rooftop (the BEST in PLAYA), barbecue from your rooftop grill, watch the sunrise, walk to the "Ruins", walk to town (less than 5 minutes), and the list goes on.

This truly is the nicest close to town rental in Playa. If you rent the home, you will be met by our caretaker/house manager, Julian (he is bi-lingual) Julian will show you around the house and give you instructions on how to use the safes etc.

House is amazing. Location is perfect. The roof top is the place to be-great view, pool, bar. What more do you need? Absolutely nothing! Concierge was fabulous! Truly a home away from home.
