Description
In the private, gated community of Playacar Phase II, in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, stands Villa Perla Blanca, a unique vacation villa featuring the ultimate in refinement: stunning nine-feet domed ceilings, marble floors, natural stone counters, and outstanding handcrafted mahogany carpentry. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the house normally accommodates eight persons but two sofa beds raise the occupancy to twelve.
Upon entering Villa Perla Blanca, you will be awed by the sight of a 17-feet window across the first living room area, leading directly to a patio and the lovely garden. The ground level also harbors one master bedroom, two guest rooms and a laundry room. Each room has a full bathroom and opens onto a private balcony. Furthernore, the elegant master bedroom includes stained glass French doors and a luxurious jacuzzi-style tub.
An open-plan dining and living area with complete entertainment center occupies most of the second level. The fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace are accessible from the dining area, which seats eight persons. A staircase leads to a rooftop terrace. Across the gallery overlooking the ground level living room, a second master bedroom includes amenities similar to the one downstairs.
