This is a lovely, sweet, affordable and clean little unit. It is one of the very few "free-standing/stand-alone" units within the Paniolo Complex. It is one of the much quieter units within Paniolo as it sits on the side that fronts the Prince Golf Course- not the street.
We also took advantage of the option last year to license our unit through the County of Kauai which passed a law not allowing new private Vacation Rentals within Princeville, so you can be assured that your deposit is safe with us! We will send you a copy of the license with the information packet we have available upon request.

Maluhia Moon is a good choice for those who wish to stay in the world-class resort area of Princeville without having to pay resort prices. Princeville, is on the North Shore of Kauai which is often deemed at the most beautiful area on the island- if not the whole chain. Maluhia Moon is located on the grounds of the Paniolo Condos and is one of very few units that is situated as a “stand-alone†cottage. It is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and views of waterfall-filled mountains. The back Lanai is perched on the edge of the historical Queen’s Carriage Path and the world famous Prince Golf where the trade-winds freely blow and large shade trees tower over.

My wife and I used the cottage for our honeymoon. Our stay was perfect, the cottage was well located on the best side of the island with shopping, food, gas and beaches nearby. The cottage had all the appliances and amenities we needed for our week stay. There are many places to stay on the island but this cottage is amazing it is your own little place away from the bustling overcrowded homogenized resorts. Our favorite town, Hanalei, was just down the road where the views, bay, beach, shopping and eats were all top notch. Reserving and booking the cottage was a breeze with Val and Bruce, ensuring a worry free trip. I would highly recommend the cottage to any couple wanting to get away, but not be trapped in a resort! My wife and I certainly plan on visiting again. Mahalo Val and Bruce for the amazing getaway!
