We had an amazing time in Kauai! The condo was beautiful and functioned well for our family of 5. The view from the kitchen, lanai and living room was fantastic. We enjoyed the convenience of making a lot of our meals there or Bbqing at one of the several Bbqs on the property. The condo was very quiet--eventhough we had neighbors on both sides and below us--we never heard them. There were a lot of personal touches throughout the condo that made it feel very 'homey'. It was stocked well with Dvds (a lot that were filmed in Kauai) and books that we enjoyed. There were beach chairs and sand toys for us to use which was nice. The chairs are old though (and one was broken) but still usable. We did purchase a nice beach umbrella from Costco to use while we were there (I highly recommend using) and we added that to the 'beach closet'. The property itself had a beautiful swimming pool and clubhouse; tennis courts; putting green. All in all, it is a fabulous place to stay and great value! We hope to visit again in the future!

Great view, clean, nicely appointed, great location, and very affordable. It was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely love to return some day!

This condo is well located with good views. Very comfortable. Only drawback was the near lack of useable cookware. Cheap peeling teflon pans and next to useless cutting knives. This is something they could fix for 50 bucks, yet I understand that should things be too nice, they wouldn't stick around. Overall, if you are planning to cook at home, ask that this has been upgraded.

Loved the unit, was on the third floor, so be prepare for the work out as is worth the view it had of the ocean and the gardens were beautiful, however there were few things that didn't work properly in the unit that a customer would of complain big time and I'm not one of those customers that will bark, i will try to see the positive instead of the negative, but the issues in the property need to be taken care of as this will bring up negative impact on the unit. The pool was nice, a bit cold (March), the zacuzzi didn't work the first few days but it did at the end of the stay. I will stay here again.

This Condo was perfect. The views were excellent. Quite and very comfortable. We had a unit that had extra beds upstairs in a loft. They were very nice, but we did not use them.
Washer and Dryer worked very well. Nice collection of local movie Dvds.
The condo assn didn't open the Hot Tub until 9am, which was kind of a bummer! But, if this is the only thing to complain about...Response from Garden Island Properties LLC - 02/06/2013

My wife and I recently spent a month in #7302 at The Cliffs. We chose that unit based upon it's ocean bluff view and the incredible value. The condo was everything as advertised and more! We were very comfortable in the unit with the breeze flowing through the house and the ceiling fans. We so enjoyed watching the whales from our lanai. The pool area at The Cliffs was very nice and we did spend a lot of time there because of the brown water advisories after the heavy rains on Kauai. The staff at The Cliffs could not have been nicer.

Great layout with nice kitchen & bed, nice lanais, one viewing the complex & mountains to the W and one looking NE to the whales! (Whales may be seasonal but there should always be sea in the distance and greenery, flowers, & birds up close.) We were 2 but a family of 4 would have plenty of room here.

The condo was huge and extremely well decorated. The views were wonderful. We did not want to come home as we fell in love with The Cliffs, Princeville, and the acommodations. I have stayed on Kauai many times, and I have to say that overall, this was the very best value I have seen. The view was beautiful, the unit was clean and nice. Location was perfect. The pool and hot tub area was fabulous, waterfalls, nice hot water in the hot tub and separate adult and children areas if desired. I would reccommend this unit for families or extended families or a couple. The loft provided lots of extra space. Wonderful find.
