Stay at the heart of Sunny Isles in Marenas Beach Resort and Spa for a discounted rate! Enjoy the breathtaking beach and a relaxing day by the pool or jacuzzi. This Condo Hotel offers a 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sofa bed, tv, valet parking, beach service, hot and wet sauna, and balcony. Close proximity to South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theaters, Heritage Park, grocery stores, nightclubs, and world-famous restaurants.

The space:

The resort is located in North Miami Beach between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. A short distance from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL), Miami International Airport (MIA), and cruise ports. It is also in close proximity to Aventura Mall, with exciting daytime activities, attractions, and local restaurants within walking distance.

The suite has 1 king-size bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed/ Queen size mattress in the living room. The suite has a fully functional kitchen with a new refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

Enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the balcony along with the 24-hr. state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, Europe-style spa facilities, pool, and 2 outside Jacuzzis. These are covered by the resort fee payable upon check-in. Parking is by valet only and is optional. Keep your weekend active with our free Zumba class every Saturday at 2 PM and Yoga every Sunday at 9 AM. Marenas also offers bike rentals. The first hour is free.

Your stay does not include daily room service and essentials replenishment. If you would like to add daily services at an additional cost, feel free to message me directly.

A one-time cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.

Room essentials (toilet paper, kitchen paper towel, shampoo/ soap, conditioner, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea bags, liquid dish soap, etc.) for the first day, after that each guest is responsible to purchase their own.

Parking and Resort fee discounts may apply for reservations of 14 days to a month.

Check-in is at Marenas Front desk with a confirmation number I will send you. They will provide a key card. Front desk services are available 24/7.

How do damage deposits work?

If Zoya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
