Large home across from beach with pool, soaking tub and game room. Pet friendly with pet fee paid.

Things to note:

Upstairs and downstairs are separate entrances

Parking maxes out at 3 spots, and extra vehicles will need to arrange other parking. Parking is really tight.

We are located just north of the Hard Rock Hotel

The pool has a soaking tub. It used to be a hot tub but with the sun, sand, salt and wind we had continuous issues with it and therefore, it is not longer included in the rental.

Centrally located 1.5 mile north of Daytona Beach Pier and Main Street. Close to grocery, shopping, dining, 1 hour fifteen from Disney and Universal, 1 hour from St. Augustine, 30 minutes from New Smyrna and 1 hour fifteen from NASA/Kennedy Space Center.

You will want a car to get around.

We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we'd love to hear your suggestions, too.

Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don't care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don't mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It's a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It's Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!

Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don't know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle. The unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while traveling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren't the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We've been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can't wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town.

How do damage deposits work?
