This splendid Duplex apartment of 50 sq.m occupies the front corner of the building on the 24th and 25th floor from where the fantastic Bangkok golden river view can be experienced. The bathroom sewage smell may be related to a dry t-trap pipe in the shower and others closer by units - the building is brand new and this is common issue as you may know. We requested the building juristic person to check and feedback. Concerning the comments about the mattress and pillows, what you may smell is the classic 'smell of new' as those have been delivered just few months ago. Together with the pipe smell it may be confusing. We keep your comments very preciously and we take action immediately. How do damage deposits work?
