Remodeled 1917 Railroad cabin. Two bedrooms down stairs.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID 19, MAX OCCUPANCY 6

State of the art audio visual system with music and videos on hard disk. Large back deck and view of national forest behind. Walk to Whistling Post Tavern and small town. Fishing on the river just blocks away. 15 mn to Stevens Pass for skiing. Hiking and many outdoor activities close by.

New Gas Stove, dishwasher, outside grill and fire pit. Gas fireplace and cozy living.

ALTHOUGH WE ARE PET FRIENDLY, THERE IS $10 NONREFUNDABLE PET FEE. PLEASE ADVISE SO WE CAN UPDATE INVOICE TO INCLUDE THIS FEE.

“Great house”

The whole house was great. Beds are a little hard, but I will definitely book again. Bonus saw a coyote one morning and a black bear last morning

Great stay. Well stocked, comfortable, charming, clean, and convenient to mountain activities. Great instruction book and overall communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

“Peaceful & Serene Surroundings”

This was an extremely positive experience for my husband and I. The folks in Skykomish were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Also if you are looking for a great place to eat check out Smokey’s Restaurant & Brewery. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

“Very welcoming and accommodating little cabin.”

This is such a cute little cabin and right off the highway. The cabin is so cozy and fit the 4 of us comfortably with room for numerous others as well. We went to hike Blanca Lake trail, but with the road closures we changed it up and chose Colchuck Lake trail on a whim, which needless to say we about died up the mountain. It was so nice to have this cabin to come back to after our insane adventure. We are already planning our next adventure back here. Thanks for such a cozy and accommodating stay.

In our younger years we hiked to Lake Dorothy. The map showed the parking lot just a short hike up to the lake. In reality, we arrived to find the road blocked by debris and had a very long and exhausting hike up AND down. We kept saying "Are we THERE yet?" at every bend in the road! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
