Description

This barn conversion cottage is located close to Torver in the Lake District and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Yew Tree Cottage is a barn conversion cottage in a tranquil location near to Torver and Coniston Water in the Lake District National Park. The cottage sleeps two people and has a four poster double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a patio area with a hot tub and outdoor furniture. With fabulous walking all around, Yew Tree Cottage is a superb cottage for a romantic break in beautifulCumbria.

Amenities: Bio mass heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky (inc. sports/movies), Blu-ray, iPod dock. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Patio with private hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are 3 internal steps. Note: In very windy conditions, the hot tub may not be available as the covers must be locked down to prevent damage.

Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Town: Torver sits amidst some of the Lake District's most beautiful scenery. It's known locally as a starting point for exploring the local fells and the Duddon Valley and offers a superb base for exploring nearby Hawkshead, Ambleside and Windermere.
