Response from the manager Mahalo for your review. We do agree that the location of this apartment can't be beat. Centrally located between the north and south shores, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the ocean. We always recommend life guarded beaches such as Lydgate Beach Park to the south or Kealia Beach to the north, both less than 2 miles away. There are 2 spare folding dining chairs in the bedroom closet along with another chair on the lanai. The price can't be beat at less than $89 per night plus tax and cleaning for this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. For 5 people, particularly if adults, a 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths can definitely be tight. A full kitchen, complimentary wifi and parking is included at Village Manor.

“Perfect condo”
We traveled here with 3 kids (17, 9 and 8) + my sister. It was the perfect little location for our family. It was cozy and near a beach, the river, beautiful views. Perfect setting.

Definitely not a resort; as there is no pool, hot tub or gas grills advertised here. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach and no ocean views advertised here either :) We do offer other places with pools and oceanfront views, but if looking for an affordable 2 bedroom with no frills but a full kitchen and complimentary wifi, this would be it. We do apologize for the kitchen floors; we would have had housekeeping come in had we known about it during your stay. Aloha and mahalo!

Response from the manager Mahalo for your review. Yes the Coconut Grove Beach Apartment is definitely an affordable beach side accommodation with easy walking to shops and restaurants. We do treat our units on a regular basis for pests and the ants are currently under control. Like any place in the tropics, leaving food out uncovered is not an option. There is a refrigerator to store perishables as well. Mahalo nui loa!....
