Private two bedrooms apartment. Full kitchen (no conventional oven) microwave, Satellite TV, blow dryer, iron/board, cooler, beach chairs, dining area. (Pac n Play, high chair upon request) no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, private parking, salt water pool, one block from the beach, 2 blocks from the Mameyes River. Plenty of garden space to relax and enjoy. We gave a BBQ area in the Gazebo.
Walking distance dining. Located in a rural tourist area where horseback riding, kayaking and other Eco friendly activities take place and allow you the opportunity to experience our humble culture. Thirty minutes from the metro area and the San Juan City. We are located at the East Coast next to the Corredor Ecologico del Noreste National Reserve, home of the Leatherback Turtle; nesting season April thru Sept.!!! You just might get lucky. We are 12 minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forrest., This is a humble neighborhood were you will always have sand on your feet, warm sun on your face and a smile when you look at the sky. Warning!! Coconut water is addictive. We are 15 minutes away from movie theaters, shopping malls, fine dining, 2 resorts with Casinos, You can enjoy a wonderful day at sea on a fun, snorkeling-lunch catamaran tour. If shopping is your thing, Plaza Las Americas is the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean; you can combine that trip with a visit to the Bacardi Rum Factory or the Old San Juan city. No visitors allowed in our property. Only properly registered guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUNCH IN THE CORRECT AMOUNY OF GUESTS. children are guests too. Pool hrs 9 am to 9 pm
We are 100% non smoking, no vaping, no recreational marihuana.
NO MUSIC ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA NOR AT ANY PUBLIC AREA. Music should be for your enjoyment inside your apartment. No food nor beverage in the pool area. We have a Gazebo for that purpose.
PLEASE DON’T ASK US TO WAIVE OUR RULES.
