Welcome to SOLYMAR CONDO where we are RESIDENT OWNERS with 27 years EXPERIENCE living in Cancún and taking care of visitors and proudly we have recently won the award on TRIPADVISOR of EXCELLENCE for 5 years

We are 12 mins from CANCUN INT'L AIRPORT

There are many shuttle companies online easily found in a search from $11 per person .

We are WALKING DISTANCE to 3 restaurants and we will provide menus and directions to our favorites.

Cancun is VERY VERY SMALL . WE had a car and found it to be an inconvenience ...imagine !!!!

We are on the 10 km beach that runs the length of the newest area of Cancun.On the 10 km strip that runs north and south , with buses under $1 running every minute 24/7

Response from the owner Thank you for the five stars Cindy . The benefit of choosing my places is that I'm here on the beach full time and am willing to do anything for you . The condo has Davide to provide you beige beach lounges for free (just a tip ) and the hotel has blue lounges . If you don't have a hotel bracelet on and ask the hotel staff, ANY ONE of them , they are known not to be helpful ...that's precisely why we have our own guys . Wish I had known earlier to have cleared that up :)

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
