Absolutely adorable, tung & groove with a great fireplace give this townhome a warm cabin-y feel.

Private balcony and patio opens to the Tonto National Forest, just a short walk to Billy Creek and connecting to the 115 miles of White Mountain Trail System. Clubhouse with heated pool and 2 jacuzzis, workout facility, playground with swings, volleyball court. 25 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, Hawley Lake and Greer. Lots of fishing nearby. You won't want to leave!

How do damage deposits work?
