Charming sunny apartment available for rent in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. This is a great economical option That is clean and cozy. This is not a shared accommodation. There is one bedroom with a double bed That Sleeps 2 and the bathroom. The common area has a kitchenette and a double futon sleeps 1. There is That air conditioning and wireless internet. The apartment is in a single storey building in local, safe neighborhood in Colonia Centro. Located 10 minute walk from the beach. 2 blocks from Wal-mart, other supermarkets, and from public transportation. Close to Both ADO stations and collective transports to destinations outside of Playa Del Carmen. There is a 24 hour corner store and a laundromat across the street. Steps away is Avenida 30 Where you will find restaurants and stores locally at the local prices.

Nice sunny apartment for rent in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spacious room with a bed for two and bathroom. A common area that has a kitchenette and a sofa bed. It has air conditioning, internet and parking. Located 10 minutes walk from the beach, two blocks from Walmart and other supermarkets. Near both stations ADO and public transport in and out of Playa del Carmen, compared with OXXO, shops, laundry very close and excellent local restaurants.
