Beautiful, two bedroom, two bath, beachfront condominium with spectacular ocean views sleeps four The golden sandy beaches of Luquillo are the best on the island. The apartment is ideally located on the NW corner of the 9th floor in desireable Playa Azul 1, close enough to the beach to feel a part of it, and completely private. Relax on the large wraparound balcony facing the ocean. Watch the pelicans and terns soar and feed over the azure water while the occasional frigate bird wings by and the balmy trade winds and the soothing sound of the ocean relax you! It features two bedrooms, two full baths and a living/dining area with cable TV and internet when requested. The bedrooms have a King and two twins. The apartment comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer and all necessary utensils and linens. Beach chairs and equipment are provided. 24x7 doorman service and a guarded entrance with private parking.
ATTRACTIONS: The complex is conveniently located; approximately five miles from the Rain Forest 'El Yunque', one mile to the beach of Luquillo, and Seven Seas Beach, Hacienda Carabali (Offers horseback riding and four-track tours around the Rain Forest), Fajardo's Bioluminescent Bay, and other great places are all within a few minutes drive. It's nearby (twenty minutes) the ferry that goes to Vieques and Culebra Island as well as both the Conquistador and Rio Mar luxury resorts with their dining, entertainment and gambling facilities.
There are 5 beautiful golf courses in the immediate vicinitty as well.
NIGHT LIFE & FACILITIES: RIO MAR and CONQUISTIDOR are a short drive. Dancing, ding and gambling are just a few of the attractions.
Inside the complex there are tennis, handball and basketball courts, a large pool (lap swimmers note: this is almost unique in allowing one to swim straight laps-none of the major resorts or other condos have this feature), playgrounds, and a clubhouse. A grocery supermarket, drug store, gas station and several restaurants are within walking distance with many more restaurants, a multiplex theater and major shopping complexes within a 5 mile radius. San Juan is an easy drive away assuring easy sightseeing and attendance at cultural events.
