Fully Furnished Historic Garden District Condo in a newly Restored Victorian 2-story double, over 1100 sq. feet. Just 2 blocks to Vibrant Magazine St. restaurants and bars-Tipitina's, etc, 2 block to Napoleon Ave. and 3 blocks to St. Charles Ave and streetcars. Premium Cable TV and High Speed Internet. Gorgeous Covered backyard deck furnished and well lit with lounge seating and a Gas grill for your use. Large privacy fences keep the house, backyard and deck secluded. The interior/exterior was completely renovated in 2006 with reclaimed hardwood floors, pocket doors and a stunning fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a new tempurpedic queen size mattress. The master bath includes a large Whirlpool spa. Powder room on the first floor. 2 bedrooms accommodate 2 couples or 4 people and another person on the brand new sofa sleeper .

How do damage deposits work?

If Byron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
