Description

This house on Killington has it all. With scenic mountain views in all directions, this contemporary 14-room home is located on Sunrise Mountain, one of Killington's six peaks. It's just a 50-yard walk to the ski trail that provides direct access to Killington's 200 slopes and trails.

The home is tastefully furnished, with space and privacy for all on three floors. Amenities include a large flat screen TV and a surround-sound entertainment system in the living room, a 42" flat screen TV in the den in addition to a game room for the kids on the lower level.

The on-site health spa is second to none with 2 pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room and gym. An ice skating pond and snowshoe trails are also on-site with skates and snowshoes provided. There are also three tennis courts on-site for use when the snow is gone as well as hiking, Mt. biking, golf, lakes & fishing.

It's just a short drive to Killington Village with a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, entertainment, and nightlife as well as scenic Vermont towns like Woodstock, Ludlow, and Rutland.

Although Killington is mainly known for its ski mountain, summer is truly one of the best seasons to be there with warm days and cool nights. The indoor and outdoor pools are always kept around 80 degrees, and there are lakes, golf courses, chairlifts to Killington's summit, mountain biking, great restaurants, and much more. But best of all, the scenery is amazing. Because we are on Sunrise Mountain, you can catch beautiful summer sunrises right from either of our rear decks if you're inclined to rise at the right time.

And lastly, autumn in Vermont should be on everyone's to do list because the mountains and the colors can truly be awe inspiring.

Great location (ski in, and almost ski out). Nicely furnished especially kitchen. Spacious, surprisingly so from outside appearance. Well maintained. Owner easy to work with.
