This unit is on the ground floor of the Sun Chateau condominiums. Right on the bus line and bike path, just minutes from Warm Springs lift and Baldy Mountain, and a half mile from downtown Ketchum. Cute, comfy, sunny, with an island kitchen, new appliances, including Jacuzzi tub!

Queen bed in master bedroom, and sleeper couch in living room allows 4 to sleep comfortably. Come and enjoy Ketchum-Sun Valley and recreational and cultural amenities! And the price - what a great value!

Additionally, wide open spaces for walking and hiking just a block away in the Warm Springs Creek area. Park like setting on a retired golf course.

Response from the owner It has been hot this summer, many places in Ketchum Sun Valley do not have air conditioning, and I have just added a brand new screen door which will help with the air flow, and cooling down the place. Sorry I didn't get it in there for you Sandy!
