You can rent our authentic Mexican , 2 bedroom room house that sleeps four,right across the road from the best beach on the Riviera Maya, Xcacel Beach. This house has a very large private yard that is gorgeously landscaped with flowering plants.There is a cenote you can swim in 150 feet from the casa. The property also contains a large shady Palapa and is completely walled for privacy. The beach has crystal clear blue water , a sandy bottom and is also a turtle nesting sanctuary.The house is located 10 minutes from Tulum ,5 minutes from Akumal and 25 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. Secure area in a small community of vacation homes called Chan Chemuyil. The village of Chemuyil is located within walking distance and boasts several small restaurants serving great local cuisine.This is a private house not a condo or timeshare.
