Located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone and aligned by white sandy beaches overlooking the crystal clear waters of the mexican Caribbean, we offer a private luxury cancun vacation.

Villa Albatros is only steps from fine dining, shopping, night life and just a twenty minute drive from Cancun's international airport, making it extremely convenient and perfectly located.

Here where the Maya civilization embraces the blue and turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean, vacationers can revel in an incredible blend of a luxury villa with colonial charm and outdoor activities in one of the best villas in cancun.

The combination of the villa's unique architectural design built on different levels and vaulted ceiling design all adds to provide well-being, peace, relaxation and privacy.

With 11,500 sq ft (1000 m2) of total interior space, amazing caribbean views, elegant mexican decor, its handcrafted wood and glass works, all makes Villa Albatros an excellent choice. The two remarkable colonial style fountains in the three-story high vaulted ceiling living room area, will give you an elegant and unique feeling. Our Staff: for your convenience Villa Albatros is staffed with two housekeepers and we are able to arrange everything for you so you can seat back and relax with friends and family from the minute you arrive.

Meal and chef service are available at your request as well as pre stocking options (please ask us for details).

Food and Beverage

Here at Villa Albatros you do not have to worry about food and beverage shopping, as we can arrange to have all your favorite foods and drinks in house, so you can start to relax the minute you step in.

The villa can be stocked at your request with you favorite soft drinks, wine, beer, champagne and liqueurs of your choice.

At an extra charge we can arrange breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

All meals are home cooked and usually served family style.

In house spa services:

Enjoy a relaxing massage, a manicure, pedicure or any other spa treatment. We work with professional, reputable and qualified providers in Cancun. Ask us for more details or arrange your treatment prior to arrival.

Rooms:

Villa Albatros offers you five oceanfront luxury rooms and a fully

equipped garden apartment. We provide a total of four king size beds,

three queen size beds and two single beds.

The master suite is located on the top floor. It features a king-size bed,

walk-in closet, powder room, as well as, a large marble bathroom with a

Jacuzzi and a private balcony overlooking the blue sea.

The first floor offers a large luxury room with two queen-size beds, a

private terrace with stunning views overlooking the ocean, a walk-in

closet and marble bathroom.

On the second floor you will find our premium ocean view room with two

queen-size beds, a private terrace with fantastic ocean views and its own

bathroom.

On the ground floor are our two water-view premium bedrooms featuring a

king-size bed and two single beds, full marble bathrooms, shared kitchenette, walk-in closets

and private patios. These two bedrooms have direct access to the garden,

beach and swimming pool areas.

The Villa's garden apartment is fully equipped with its own complete

kitchen, king size bed, sofa, dining room area, private entrance and

garden views.

How do damage deposits work?

If Andreas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
