To make sure guests have a great experience, our home was professionally designed & updated at the start of 2019 - new kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, bright bath with rain head and handheld shower, smart TV, USB outlets to easily charge devices & all new furniture (queen upholstered bed, sturdy queen memory foam sofa bed). Located conveniently to public transit, Pacific Centre Shopping Mall, Robson Street shopping, Yaletown, St. Paul's Hospital, Granville St entertainment district, Vancouver Art Gallery, and walkable to scenic False Creek.

Walkable area - close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Very central. Public transit is easy to access, bus stop one block away for buses going in and out of Downtown core. Secure parking is available. $10/night, $60/week, $150/month (Please ask in advance).

Interaction with guest

We meet with all our guests personally at check-in and give a quick orientation of the suite and building. A Reference Guide (black binder) is provided with suite information such as WiFi passwords, maps to local grocery stores, local amenities and rental policies and expectations. If there are any questions or concerns, we are available via phone or email and respond as soon as possible within 24 hours to our guests.

Response from the owner Thanks again for staying with us. We appreciate your comments/feedback. To clarify a couple of points to any future guests: Central Downtown Location - Having such a convenient location, typical downtown noise from traffic is unavoidable on weekends with windows open during the summer. We do provide black-out curtains, tower fans and portable AC units to help keep our guests comfortable. Towels are Espresso Brown and are easier to clean and maintain than white. We also have white towels, which often get damaged, stained by makeup or food by past guests. To keep costs down for guests and avoid having to charge for damaged towels, we started offering fresh Espresso Brown bath towels. Even though the appliances (range stove oven, fridge and dishwasher) are not stainless steel, they are all clean, in good working order, uncomplicated and are easy for guests to operate. The $500 Damage Deposit covers any damage beyond regular wear and tear of the entire property and if the suite was not left in good condition by guests and needed extra cleaning. The Damage Deposit is separate from rental payment and is refunded in timely manner by TripAdvisor/Flipkey after the stay provided there are no damages or extra charges. Thank you again for respecting our property and returning it in good condition. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels with your son. All the best.

“Great stay”

Alicia was very helpful and accomodating. The flat is well located, right in the middle of downtown. A good supermarket 2blocks away and a good coffee spot at honolulu cafe. Would come back!

How do damage deposits work?

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alicia (the owner) a message.

If Alicia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
