Difference between this property and other residential buildings: 1)The location is in a Hotel setting with a 24/7 entrance to room in the Isla Verde, San Juan’s best beach area. 2) There are nearby nightlife and dining activities. 3) Amenities not available in other residential buildings include a lobby with Wi-Fi, fitness center. 4) Chaise lounge and umbrella service at the beach for rental.

“I would book this room again”
This is a lovely remodeled room and communication with Isabel was excellent. Building is still going through renovations but the pool is awesome and the beach is right out the door.
