“Breathtaking!!” From the moment we opened the door we were so impressed. The view is breathtaking!! I have struggled to find comments to make that have not already been made. I can only reiterate what all the other guests have said; cleanliness, beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great location, and on and on. I especially liked not having to turn on the air conditioner, the breeze was amazing. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos....well almost; it is hard to capture the ambiance of the condo in a photo. The icing on the cake was dealing with Eric, he is so friendly and such a pleasure to work with.

“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“It was very welcoming and homey experience.” This is the second time we stayed at The Chalet. We just love the scenery and peacefulness of the mountains. The view does not compare to staying in a hotel. You can choose if you want to hike and explore this beautiful property or just lounge and swim by the pool. If you have the chance to explore, you must take a hike down to the waterfalls, it was absolutely beautiful there. Definitely a must see. We look forward to our next visit.

“Perfect Choice!” This lovely apartment was perfect for our 2nd stay in Old San Juan. Beautiful views of the harbor and cruise ships but a quick walk to all the great cafés and sights of OSJ. We felt liked we lived there with the locals and very safe with good security. What a spotless apartment - sunny, breezy and charming decorations. Olivia, the owner, was so professional to rent from and a phone call away if we had questions. Her dad, Luiz, met us and assisted with our heavy luggage up 4 flights. We loved being on the top floor, lots of privacy, and good exercise. Hope we can do this again!

“Beautiful Home, Beautiful owners. Would stay again in a heart b” Myself, my husband and another couple stayed in this home for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised that the home looked as beautiful as the pictures we were shown. The home comfortably fit two couples. Each couple had their own bedroom with an air conditioner. The owners do a wonderful job of keeping the home in perfect order and ready for visitors. The owners are so nice and accommodating. They made us feel at home, showed us where to go. They even had a book printed out showing attractions with pamphlets of services and points of interest. I could not have ask for a better home to stay in. If you want to get away from the usual hotel/motel. I highly recommend renting this home. It was walking distance from the beach and lots of food choices. It is a short cab ride or bus ride from Old San Juan, the airport and the cruise ship terminal. The only thing I would change was the beds. They were a bit uncomfortable but we still got a good night's sleep.

“Best Place Ever” This was our second time staying at Micheals condo it is very nice, clean, great view, in a safe building, centrally located to everything from transportation to Old San Juan, restaurants, clubs, spas,and beaches. The condo is so relaxing especially when the wall of windows is open in the morning for breakfast or in the evening to let the lite breeze from the lagoon. And the best for last, Maritza is The GREATEST HOST EVER.

“Great place and great value.” This was a nice little place to stay I had no complaints at all with the owner and manager. Monty was good to deal with on the phone I never did meet him but always answered all my questions. Phil (site manager) was great to deal with too. They were both very helpful and prompt when communicating with me. The place was clean and everything in the kitchen worked great. The beds were comfortable. One night the power did go out for about 10 minutes but that was no fault of the owner it just happens in PR sometimes I guess. Like I said it was very quick and came right back on. The backyard is nice and the neighborhood seams quite and safe. One thing about the location though it is very close to the airport and right in one of the flight paths. You can see the location when booking it so that is what I expected and not a knock on the owner. Overall this was definitely a great place to stay and an awesome value! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here and had a great time in PR. Thanks Monty and Phil!

“Overwhelmingly Underrated!” I traveled to San Juan with a friend for a relaxing spring break. Alberto was incredibly helpful and attentive during the booking process, but we were nervous about how things would go once we arrived at the condo. Upon arriving, we were immediately put at ease. Alberto put us in contact with Luci, who would be checking us in and out. She greeted us promptly at our arrival time and warmly welcomed us to PR. She showed us the condo, the keys, the extra towels, set us up with wifi, and even pointed out some things in the fridge and cabinets that we could use. She gave us her contact info before leaving. The condo exceeded our expectations and we had an amazing time. It's a small apartment but comes fully equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything had been meticulously cleaned before we arrived and it was ready for us with soap, toilet paper, clean shower & beach towels, etc. It has a balcony and chairs where we ate breakfast with the most incredible view of the city and the beach! I uploaded pictures as I don't feel the ones here do it justice! The bedroom also has a large window that gives you an amazing beach view. The condo has a great security system so we felt safe the whole time. There's a key fob to enter the building's lobby and 24 hour security at the front desk. You also use the fob to get to the elevators and then a key to enter the apartment. It proved to be very comforting and wasn't a nuisance at all! The condo has a nice pool with comfy lounge chairs that stays open until 9pm. It offers a quiet space for relaxation away from the city and main beaches! Lastly, the condo's location was unbeatable! As written, it's directly across from the Condado Marriott and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, fun bars, a Starbucks, and a Walgreens. It was also less than a mile to the nearest grocery store and under a 4 mile walk to Old San Juan! I absolutely plan on returning and hope to stay here again!!!

“Perfect” We love the place. The cross breeze were great. The view is unbelievable. Place is very clean and modern. Short distance to all the restaurants. Olivia and her father were very easy to work with. We will rent this place again when we go back to Puerto Rico in few years.

“Excellent Penthouse and Lovely Stay at ESJ Towers” Thanks Isabel for making our stay that wonderful. We had lovely stay and time at ESJ tower PH 1753. Good spacious PH for stay with my wife and kid. We had no problems staying. All ameneties and services were up to mark. Had speedy check in and sppedy check out. Tour desk at recpetion helped us with good tours while our stay. “Amazing!!!” This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We didn't know what to do! When we got to San Juan we were greeted by the owners aunt, Maritza. An amazing woman! She is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The entire trip she have us rides (cheaper than a taxi), and assisted in our planning. I can't rave enough about this amazing woman! The room was great as well. They literally thought of everything! The most comfortable towels, beach towels, umbrellas, chilled beer cups.... Even a crock pot! There was a beautiful view..... Oh it was just amazing! Did not want to leave! Close to some shopping, casino, and places to eat. If u have time I recommend sight seeing/shopping in old San Juan (10 mins away) and we took a charter flight to Culebra and Viaquas. Beautiful beaches. Clearest water u will ever see. They also have a ferry to these islands but I hear it's a hassle. Overall, great place to stay, great service with the condo. We miss the condo and Maritza already!!!

“Special family vacation/visit for many memories to cherish.” It was a pleasure to stay again in this house in Vista Mar after our last stay four years ago. It very comfortable and spacious. I'm from Puerto Rico and every time I come back to visit I stay here and my family who live in Puerto Rico love to come to this home and visit as well enjoy the house and the ambiance. There is a few things I told the owner to upgrade for and more pleasant stay. On my next trip back I hope they will be done. Besides that its perfect. And must I let you know who Chester cheetah and Tigger and Symi are they will love your company and please feed them they are the neighbor cats and are sweeet as can be. If you have pets at home and you miss them they sure will help you feel at home.

“Beautiful house and perfect location, plenty of room for our Family.” Ray and Gwen were great hosts, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had five people in our group from 7-52 years old, plenty of space to relax together or apart. Beautiful veranda, spacious pool area and well kept gardens to wander through. Exceptionally clean!
