Beatifully kept newer home built in 2006, fully furnished with a great outdoor area. Beach entry pool with Swim up Bar and Pebble sheen-Entertainers paradise with BBQ(propane). Home has fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops/Oven/Microwave/Keurig Coffee Maker. Tile throughout home except in rooms and living room where carpeted. Garage is not available. No parties or events. PREFER EMAIL OR TEXT OWNER PLEASE
