We welcome you to this gorgeous upstairs Efficiency Apartment in the wonderful quiet and serene hills of Temecula. Sitting within an Avocado/Lime Orchard this Private Apt features a Queen Bed, kitchenette with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, bathroom with state-of-the-art shower, closet, and a nice, quiet, peaceful deck with patio set and umbrella for your morning breakfast or early dinners, etc. This apt is above a barn/garage that is private and not utilized for horses or cars, and close to the creek.

With expansive views reaching to the mountains, air swept by ocean breezes, and a perfect year round climate, Temecula is the perfect place to spend your next vacation!

There is plenty to do in the area! 10 mintues away is beautiful Old Town Temecula, where you can shop, dine, go antiquing, see a live band or a live show, and more! 20 minutes away (by street) are the wonderful Temecula Wineries! Float down Rancho California and stop at some of the best wineries in S.Calif.

With over 40 wineries in the Temecula Valley, which feature aware winning world renowned chefs in their restaurants, it's always a great day in Temecula. New Breweries have popped up as well, so you can enjoy some aware winning brews too! And don't forget the wonderful Hot Air Balloon Rides over the vineyards!

Love to shop? Temecula has about everything you can need, from the Promenade Mall, to Winchester Rd and Temecula Parkway bringing everything to you.

Love to Golf? Temecula has some fabulous golf courses, one which is only 8 minutes from our property.

Are you a Gambler? Pechanga Casino and Resort is a short 15 minute drive from the apartment.

And don't forget, we are within an hour from San Diego, the beaches, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, Sea World, Legoland, etc. Love Hot Springs? Murrieta Hot Springs i s a short 20 minute drive. And don't forget the local mountaints for extra fun, approx 1 hr and 45 minute drive.
