CURACAO VILLA near Jan Thiel Beach, CUROYAL
PERFECT LOCATION. New villa (2014), sleeps 9 persons( we have an extra bed for a tenth guest) in 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool, vast porch, BBQ, sunbeds, sea view from first floor. Short walking distance to supermarket, beach, restaurants, situated in the villa area of Vista Royal at Curacao. And we even can have larger numbers of guests; we have 2 babybeds, 1 childbed and 2 extra foldingbeds. In case of more then 10 guests extra beds must be placed into the rooms. Anyway we can shelter a lot of people. But also with just a few guests it is a Paradise.Professional and kind local management in touch for your comfort.1 master bedroom with separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, 1 smaller bedroom with 1 bed, another folding bed is available, 2 baby beds and 1 bed for children available. 1 separate bedroom for 2 persons with sea view. Very close to everything and just away from it, to be in peace when you want.Our guests are amazed about how many comfortable seats we have only in the livingroom...........it is 29!! Count them yourselves. And also one is delighted about the large palapa (strawhut) outside near the swimmingpool. You can eat there or just be there. And also a small detail...we have an outside shower giving cold and WARMwater. And we did not forget the kids, there are toys and a plastic toyhouse..
SNORKELING, FISHING, DIVING, holidays at CURACAO. AS MANY PEOPLE SAY.....THIS HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING. And we do not stop to improve things where possible, just to make it and to remain so; a TOPLOCATION for a very affordable price. AND......Imagine.....you may start your first snorkelexperience, the underwaterparadise begins right away just 5 meters from the beach. All those fishes; reef fish, groupers, mantas, it is all there. If you never had the opportunity or courage to see the underwaterworld yourself, you can do it here with simple snorkel gear. And also the experienced diver knows what to do here.

House rules
Our team is doing their utmost to keep CUROYAL in topshape. Our job is to offer our guests dreamholidays. Inside we do not allow smoking. Outside, on the porch it can be done. Pls., inform our caretaker about this matter. The villa can occupy upto 10 guests. Absolutely ideal for families from babies, parents to grandparents. But also just a couple, or two, or five are welcome. It is not the idea having parties in Curoyal, inviting lots of people. Curoyal likes to be a familyhouse.

“Great place for a group of 9”
We really enjoyed the stay at Curoyal. The house has lot of space and a nice pool. Jan Thiel beach and a supermarket are very close. Violet and the owner Jan have been very nice.
