Step into this beautiful Manuel Antonio rental, the perfect jungle retreat for your Costa Rica vacation. Featuring New Free Whole House Mesh Wi-Fi. A large1450 square foot ground level self-contained lower unit home of a two story villa, we live upstairs, with private swimming pool located half way in between the award winning beach/park and sun vacation destination of Manuel Antonio and the town of Quepos, positioned in the heart of the verdant Central Pacific rainforest. The unit has 1 bedroom, with private full bath plus a Queen Size futon in living room (sleeps 4), laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table for four. This will save you any where from $5.00 to $25.00 per meal per day per person each day you stay here. NEW ELECTRIC HOT WATER HEATER REPLACED LATE DECEMBER 2018. We have added a propane powered outdoor grill, out door table with sun shade. As an added bonus, we offer $15.00 to $30.00 per person discounts on most tours in the area, below regular price. We can also offer you our ALL ELECTRIC STREET LEGAL GOLF CART to rent at $25.00 per day, needs no gas or insurance, just a valid drivers license, must be 21 or older to drive it. This newly constructed Manuel Antonio villa is surrounded by verdant tropical greenery and an abundance of flora and fauna. Sit by the swimming pool with a refreshing fruit cocktail while you look amongst the tree tops for monkeys, sloths, Scarlet Macaws, Eagles, butterflies, birds and humming birds. You can also go Zip Lining, White Water Rafting, ATV riding, Parasailing stand up paddle boarding, horse back riding, ride a Jet Ski and lots more near by attractions. Closest home to the seasonal creek and waterfall within walking distance of the house. White Face, Ti Ti (Squirrel ) Monkeys and Scarlet Macaws visit our property on a regular basis, so have your cameras ready. Free step by step instructions, once you exit the plane.
