This luxurious one story townhouse was newly renovated and has its own private access to the #1 beach in the US merely steps away from the front door. It boasts all the luxury you'd expect from a beach house! Modern kitchen, contemporary bathroom with walk in rain shower, luxurious bedroom and living room equipped with 42' and 32' flat screen TVs.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening BBQ in your private beachfront seating area, complete with a cabana, lounge chairs and picnic tables that will allow you to revel the warm ocean breezes coming off the Gulf of Mexico or simply relax at our year-round heated swimming pool.

Waves at Siesta Beach are normally measured in inches and the beach gradually slopes into the Gulf waters, making it a very safe area for children. There are 100 golf courses within driving distance, and an endless selection of cultural and family activities. Right nearby in Sarasota, you'll find museums, art, wildlife, circuses, opera, ballet, symphonies, theater, film festivals, botanical gardens.

For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer is located in a separate laundry room on site, also parking for one car is provided but you can walk to numerous shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

We checked with our managment team and we were informed that you decided to cancel your reservation last minute because you wanted to move to the Ritz Carlton. It's our understanding that you got upset for not receiving a refund so you could use the funds to pay your stay at Ritz Carlton but writing a negative review that does not match any of the reviews from our past guests (all 5 stars) can affect future travelers that rely on TripAdvisor for their booking. As you mentioned, the owners were there in person to assist you with any of your needs and we also sent our managment team to check on your complaints and all equipments were working properly. In regards to the wardrobe, the items inside were extra blankets and towels for your and other guests use, they do not belong to the owners.
